From the beginning of 2017, more and more customers transfer orders to our foundry, some customers want to know what happened on these iron and steel foundries in south of China.

It started in 2011, but getting worse in recent years. As we know there are many good iron foundies in south of China, the are affected by energy saving and emission reduction, the exchange rate between the RMB and the U.S. dollar also affects their profits.

In order to save energy and reduce emissions, some local government taken measures to reduce power use even power cut. The iron and steel foundries are high energy consuming and highly polluting enterprises, they are no doubt that affected.

Some foundies in south of China can’t produce normally cause they unable to delivery on time. So that’s why their customers transfer orders to others foundry.

In the north of China, although Donggang Foundry are still produce normally, but the material cost and exchange rate have take some influence on us.

We have a new cutsomer from USA lately, said that why they transfer order to us. The first reason is the previous supplier in Shandong provice, reduce production and unable to deliver in time; the second is this supplier can’t to ensure the quality of products.

During they find supplier in China, they touch several suppliers, through sampled testing and small batch production, finally they choose us to be a long-term supplier in the future.

We don’t want to say how good our factory is, but we are always improving the control process , find and solve the problems encountered timely , provide high quality products for customers.
