What is casting?

Casting is a production process, that make the metal melts into liquid in a certain proportion, pouring into a certain size cavity, then trimmed and polished, finally getting the shape, performance, and size what we want.

What kind of casting process we have?

Donggang foundry have casting process including: green sand casting, resin sand casting, shell sand casting, lost wax casting and sand precision casting.

What kinds of material we use?

Grey cast iron(gray cast iron), ductile cast iron(spheroidal graphite cast iron or nodular cast iron), carbon steel and stainless steel.
