1. Inspection Reports

As a foundry that produces castings for foreign customers all year round, the inspection reports is an effective method to control the castings quality for necessary, it also proves that the factory take a normal quality inspection and have responsible for the results.

The inspection report includes mechanical properties and chemical composition, the mechanical properties including mechanical properties, tensile strength, yield strength, hardness, metallography and spheroidization rate etc.

The dimensional reports show size of inspection results, the surface quality and other inspection results.

2. Inspection Tooling

If the castings need to be assembled together with other parts, you’d better consider whether to send these parts to the manufacturer, which is used as a inspection tool to improve the inspection quality. Otherwise, Donggang Foundry will make inspection tools for the key dimensions.

From my practical experience in the foundry, the inspection tools are more useful to control product size than inspection report.

3. Production Photos

Except the above inspection methods, for casting surface quality, spraying and packaging, you can ask China foundry to take some photos. Over the years, We talk about quality issues with many of our clients in the form of photos, which has helped us solve many problems.

4. Entrust third party inspection

In the starting of cooperation,  for mass producs, some clients entrust the third party inspection company to take quality inspection.
