This standard is equal to HT250，FC250，GG25，G25，FGL250，T260，O125.

It is only approximate to HT250 in China but usually Dandong Iron Casting Group use the chemical composition as the standard of process. Generally it doesn’t allow to replace with approximate standard.

Tensile Strength Requirements:

Chemical composition is just the reference data, physical properties are the inspection standard of iron foundry.

The gray iron grade are widely used in high tensile strength and hardness, high corrosion resistance or corrosion resistance requirements of the castings, such as boiler sprocket, cylinder body, gear, base, flywheel, machine tool, cylinder block, cylinder liner, piston, gear box, brake wheel, coupling plate, valve bodies etc.

Although our customer allow the percentage of chemical composition can be changed, we process heat treatment to meet strict hardness requirements. The mechanical properties and hardness are the key technical issue for both production and inspection.
