Some customer want to know how about the packing method in Dandong Iron Casting Group So let’s explain it as following.

In general Dandong Hengrui  Foundry use standard plywood crate and plywood pallet with fumigation free to pack castings for satety freight . But every customers has different requirement.

Design the inner dimension of plywood crate to ensure the castings does not damage by displacement during transfer.

The four corners of crate reinforced by hinges. Strapping with iron strip packing belt, make it more firm.

We improve the packing to satisfy various requirement of customers.

Some products are small size, customers require the products can’t be collided by each other during transport. We put hard paper shell to interval products.

Some customers require packed in plastic bags for each set,  inclued castings and accessories together.

Some customers request the crate make with multi-layer removable structure, the height of the packing box according to the size of the product.

These packaging method as above will increase the cost.

In order to save costs, Some customers don’t need plywood crate, fixed the products to the tray and then wrapped with multilayer wrapping film.

So we supply customized packaging method,to meet customers’ various packaging requirements safty.
