GGG60 is a ductile cast iron grade in Germany standard DIN 1693, equivalent to EN-GJS-600-3 in European standard EN 1563 and ASTM A536 80-60-03.

The different standards suggest different chemical compositions, So the chemical composition is only for China iron Dandong Hengrui foundry to control the quality. However, it can
not be used as a standard for quality inspection. So as material can reach the mechanical properties, that it can be recognized as qualified.

Elongation is min 3%
The hardness range is 180-270BH

Material Properties

It has medium strength, medium toughness and plasticity, high comprehensive performance, good wear resistance and vibration reduction, good casting process
performance. The properties can be changed through various heat treatment.

Application

It mainly used in all kinds of power machinery crankshaft, camshaft, connecting shaft, connecting rod, gear, clutch plate, hydraulic cylinder and mining machiery parts.
