Aluminum manifolds are important auto accessories, the original parts were made by die casting process, however,as the aluminum manifolds for repair parts  on the second markets can not be made by die casting process,the only reason due the  higher molds cost.

Die casting production process has the very high requirements for mold accuracy,so that the die casting mold cost will be so higher,even reach to 15,000 USD to 40,000 USD.However,for the repair parts only,the production cost is too high,also due to the manifolds has the shape complex,we take the one new production process gravity casting for aluminum manifolds,it is not much factory can finish the production process for aluminum manifolds in China.

We  consider that the hardness of aluminum is too soft,it will will cause failure on the thread holes,so we add the T6 heat treatment process for

Our manifolds,according our aluminum casting experience,the material Aluminum 380 and Aluminum A356 are better to production aluminum manifolds
